The estate manager is available 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-12pm on Saturdays. At all other times there is an out of hours service which can be contacted on 0845 189 8024 for use only in an emergency.
The team consists of volunteer lessees with an active interest in the development, most of whom live within the development.
