The committee is pleased to announce that the first residents' workshop is taking place on Thursday 30th April 2009 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the estate office, located on the ground floor of block D core 6.
The committee aims to hold workshops monthly, the purpose of which is to establish a regular communication channel between the management team and the residents. All residents are encouraged to come along to discuss any outstanding matters relating to the running of the development.

The committee is delighted to announce that, following a meeting of shareholders on 23rd April 2009, the Islington Gates Management Company has been officially handed over to a new board of lessee directors.
Having worked in an unofficial capacity since 2004, the residents committee operated in an advisory role without significant influence. With the board of directors in place, it is now possible to actively instruct the managing agent in the pursuit of making Islington Gates the best possible place to live within the constraints of reasonable cost and resources.
